Momentum Music & Dance Academy is currently accepting registration for Fall and Summer quarters. Download Summer registration form.

Registration Fee
  • $20 Registration fee per new student
  • $15 Registration fee per returning student
  • ($40 max registration fee per family)
  • Advance payment of fee plus one month tuition holds your student's place in class for Fall 2008.
 

Tuition Discounts
  • 5% if taking 3-4 classes per week.
  • 10% if taking 5-6 classes per week
  • 15% if taking 7 or more classes per week
  • All discounts are cummulative
  • Other discounts listed on Registration form
 

How To Register
  • Phone: 206-242-1239 and reserve your spot with a credit card over the phone.
  • Fax: Complete the Registration Form and fax your form to 206-242-8363.
  • Mail: Complete the Registration Form and mail the form and fee payment to 15811 Ambaum Blvd SW, Suite B, Burien, WA 98166
