Fall 2008 Schedule, Price List, and Registration

The new Fall 2008 Dance Classes Schedule is now available.
Registration is now being accepted. Advance payment of registration fee plus one month tuition will hold your student’s place in class.
Classes begin September 2 and end December 20th.
 

Summer 2008 Classes and Camps

Momentum Music & Dance Academy offers exciting and challenging summer arts programs for motivated students who wish to develop their artistic skills. Participants can choose from weekly dance classes or week-long fine and performing arts camps. Summer Session will run July 7 – August 22.

Momentum is excited to announce new Summer Camps available this year, including:
African Safari, Egyptian Treasures, The American West, Storybook Acting, Crazy Carnival Camp, and Italian Renaissance.

Summer Camp Descriptions

Registration is now being accepted. Advance payment of registration fee and 50% of tuition will hold your student’s place in summer classes; the remaining balance will be due on the first day of class.

Lost & Found
Many personal items were left behind at the Season Finale performances and also at the studio when Spring quarter ended. Please visit us during office hours to claim your belongings. All items not claimed will be donated.
 

Strawberry Festival June 28th

Saturday, June 28 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.

Momentum Music and Dance Academy students performed at the annual Burien Strawberry Festival on Saturday, June 28th. Thank you to our students and families who attended this event!

Final Take Productions is still accepting orders for our Season Finale DVDs. Place your order with our office, or mail your order form and check directly to Final Take Productions.

"Everybody Dance" DVD $28
Coppelia $40 (both performances)
Combination Order of all 3 DVDs $50
 

Pictures are ready for pick-up

If you were unable to pick up your student's photographs at one of our season finale performances, they will be available for you at the Momentum Music & Dance Academy's office during Summer business hours.

2008 Season Finale Performances

Without question, the performances of Everybody Dance and Coppélia were inspiring and delightful. We want to express our gratitude to all of you for your hard work and for being an integral part of Momentum Music and Dance Academy’s dance classes and Season Finale Performances.

Thank you, students, for your incredible dancing! Thank you, families, for your constant support and encouragement! Many thanks to the dance instructors for your extraordinary talents and commitment!

We hope that you are proud of all that you have accomplished through your dance lessons at Momentum and we look forward to what the next year will bring!

Second Annual Music Recital
Our second annual Music Recital was held on May 16th 2008. The performances were beautiful. We are proud of what our music students have accomplished. Thank you for joining us for this recital and reception.

Parent Watch Week May 12-17th
Thank you to the parents who were able to join our classes to see the students preparing for our season finales. They have been working hard and were excited to share a sneak peek to the performances.

Nutcracker Performance Success!
The Nutcracker performance held on December 8th was a success! Congratulations to all students for a beautiful job. Thank you to our staff and parents for your support. We hope to build on this performance to make it an annual event. Thank you families and friends for your patience with the new facility and seating.

Holiday Showcase a Success!
The Holiday Showcase performance held on December 1st was a success! Congratulations to all students for a beautiful job. Thank you to our staff and parents for your support.

Free WiFi Ready
Free wireless access is now available. The network password is available at the front desk. WiFi information.

Questions About What to Wear?
Momentum Music & Dance Academy has a dance class dress code. If you haven't picked up a dress code flyer from the studio, it is available online. Leotards and tights are available for purchase at the reception area for your convenience.


New Classes
Many new classes have been added to the schedule this year, including Group Music Classes, new Musical Theatre classes, and Hip Hop Jazz Fusion.
