African Safari

Join us on an African Safari in search of new artistic adventures!

The traditional arts of Africa are as varied as the continent’s many regions, nations, and ethnic groups.  The music, theatre, art, and dance of these groups are not seen as separate art forms, but as one event. Our week-long safari will introduce students to the many instruments, drums, rhythms, songs, stories, native masks and garments, rituals, and dances that make up the cultural activities of the people of Africa.
